This policy explains how COMPEDIA SOFTWARE JOINT STOCK COMPANY (Tax ID 0108954530, “Compedia”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use compedia.vn and the apps Compedia publishes on Google Play and the App Store, including apps of the Tickmi platform.

1. Data we collect

• Information you provide: name, email, phone number and organization when you request a consultation, create an account or register to attend.
• Account information: sign-in email and in-app profile details.
• Usage data: ticket scan/check-in history, timestamps, device type, app version, crash logs.
• Device permissions: camera (only to scan QR codes/barcodes) and push notifications (when you allow them). Camera images are not stored or uploaded; only the decoded code is used.

2. How we use data

• To provide and operate the service: issuing tickets, check-in, sending information to attendees.
• To contact and support you.
• For security, fraud prevention and app improvement.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only with: (a) the organizer of the program you registered for; (b) infrastructure providers that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, push notifications such as Firebase Cloud Messaging, payment gateways); (c) competent authorities when required by law.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in Vietnam, transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and accessible only to authorized staff. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, deletion of your account, or withdraw consent, in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection. Send requests to the email below; we respond within 72 business hours.

6. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the new version takes effect when posted on this page.
